I'm very excited to see The Yard booking some good shows, its a lovely outdoor venue right on the Gowanus Canal in Brooklyn (way better then it sounds, trust me).

I trust you had a look at Roy while he was about. What kind of music is he playing now? The newest peice of music of his is the Soul Electrica LP which i think came out around 1999.
The previews that i've heard of his newer stuff seems almost to be a live soul band and Roy on a drum machine.
