Rondenion

Another artist introduced to my by Rich, is Rondenion, a house/techno artist from Tokyo, who i'd swear grew up on Theo Parrish and Roy Davis edits in Detroit if i didn't know better. Fortunately he fits right in on his label, Chicago-Based Still Music, who hold down the 3rd Thursdays slot at APT (website down)

Here are two tracks from his "Blue Rhodes Dances EP"

I'd love to get some more Rondenion on here, but for now i just have what's available on iTunes, so if you've got some, email em to me.

As a side note, i just was listening to a great mix on Tony Humphries' Myspace, if you're into Deep/Soul/Gospel/Garage House (fuck, it sounds like tony humphries). I say this every time he's around, but its fucking criminal that NY househeads seem to have forgotten about him.

Weekend Update: Newark Lincoln Park Music Fest.

I got to see Bon Jovi at Giants Stadium. To see Tony Humphries and Naughty By Nature in Newark? Jersey WHAT?!?!?

edit: Also, if anyone wants to get me the NBN hoodie, i think i'm an XL, but use your best judegment.

UPDATE: This was WONDERFUL. I never wanna see music in Manhattan ever again. Showed up in time to see Joe Claussel, Loleatta Holloway, and Tony Humphries. Didnt have enought light to shoot Tony, but I promise, he was there.
